Customer service is important to us, and making your testing experience as smooth as possible is one of our highest priorities. From routine to emergency testing, our trained laboratory technicians are always on call to test your samples, even after business hours or on weekends. Our on-call technicians are also trained in pulling samples from customer locations, whether that involves climbing tanks, sampling at gas stations, or going into the field to pull samples. We also provide shipping kits for more distant customers as an affordable and IATA-compliant method of transporting samples without using an expensive courier service.
