Alcor Petrolab is a petrochemical testing laboratory that analyzes all types of liquid fuels and lubricants. Phoenix Chemical Laboratory is well-known for testing lubricating grease, semi-solid and liquid lubricants.

Alcor Petrolab and Phoenix Chemical Laboratory are located in Texas, USA, and test fuels and lubricants for customers throughout the United States and around the world. The range of testing we offer is always expanding, and we are always excited to work with our customers to perform new, unusual or custom testing.

Our mission is to be recognized as the best fuel and lubricants test lab in the world. We are the outside lab of choice for mission-critical testing for some of the largest companies in the world. Our customers choose us over much larger lab companies because we offer the most compelling combination of quality, flexibility and speed.

Quality:

Quality is the most important aspect of laboratory testing. We commit to deliver accurate and reproducible test results on every sample for every customer. We achieve this through an extensive ISO 9001:2015 quality management system that includes a large statistical quality control testing program. We participate in ASTM proficiency testing programs for turbine oil, gasoline, diesel, jet fuel, biodiesel, and ethanol.

Flexibility:

We work with the largest and most demanding companies in the world as well as independent lubricant manufacturers, transmix processors, and refineries. We are able to provide a huge range of tests and we tailor our services according to your specific needs. Speed:

Time is money – you need to make important decisions based on test data. Rapid turnaround on your data saves you money by accelerating your R&D program and increasing manufacturing throughput. We conduct your testing on an expedited schedule for no additional “rush” fee in most cases. We strive to meet your on-time requirements.
